Punctuality

All gates open at 8.35am Pupils in years one to six can go straight to their classrooms and take part in independent learning activities until registration at 8.45am for Juniors and 8.55am for Infants.

Any child entering the school after their registration time must enter school through the main entrance and sign in at the office to ensure that records are kept up to date in case of a fire (even if your child has been at the doctor or dentist, for example).

Absence
If your child is unable to come to school, please contact the school before 9.00am to advise us of the reason for the absence; a message can be left on the absence line on 01403 210233.

If you know your child is going to be absent from school, please ensure you complete an absence request form.  You can collect one from the school office or you can downloaded it here.  Absence from school for a holiday will not be authorised.

We ask that medical appointments where possible are made out of school time, however if your child does have to attend a medical appointment, please provide a copy of the appointment letter/screen shot of a text confirming the appointment.
